Helen Tulloch is an experienced business development consultant and also delivers event organisation,
'PinPoint' facilitation and a variety of training courses.
Through Energy NetWorks, Helen is contracted as
the Chief Executive of the Industrial & Power Association in Scotland (
www.ipa-scotland.org.uk)
Previously Helen re-opened and managed the Energy Industry Council Aberdeen office for 4 years, followed by
2 years in Azerbaijan as In Country Manager followed by 18 months as Business Development Manager with the international oil
and gas technology organisation ITF (Industry Technology Facilitator).
